Pre Teens keep it simple, little if any makeup. If you use makeup stay
away from the cheap $1 China garbage. Try to keep you skin as clean as possible depending on your skin type. If you do not keep your skin clean you will break out and have terrible acne (like i had before). If you are a older pre teen the rules still kind of apply. (IM NOT YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIAN) They make there own decisions about you (i am not a mother and I do not plan on being for a LONG time).I know the pressure of being some one your not is big but stay true to u or else your gonna regret it later!
